Curriculum and Program Development Associate

Christopher S. Kelly holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from Lafayette College (Pennsylvania, USA) in International Affairs and Geology & Environmental Geosciences. Chris first volunteered with the Umkhumbane Schools Project in 2014 as a Physical Sciences teacher at Umkhumbane Secondary while in Durban on a U.S. Fulbright research grant, foreshadowing a career in education. At Brown University he studied Earth’s past climate states and earned a Master’s in Science in 2016 before teaching biology, chemistry, and environmental science at Dwight-Englewood School (New Jersey, USA) for over five years. Chris is also a photographer and has completed commissions for clients such as the Harvard Club of New York City. He is currently working for the USP on curricula design and programming in environmental science and photographic arts.
